I just wanted to say a HUGE thank-you to you for being an absolute star to work with. Not only were you always completely professional, organized and on top of everything, but you were also a source of calm and support. No matter what the contractors or I threw your way, you just smiled, made me laugh a little, and sorted it out! It made living through building works just that much easier, especially given the challenges of the tight timelines with my visitors arriving.

I don’t have all the emails, so I hope I can ask you one last favour – to pass on the messages below to your wider team. A big thanks must go to Pierre, who was also super to work with. Whilst he wasn’t always on site (he didn’t need to be) he was in regular contact with me and took on board all my needs and queries, including redoing some of the walls where I wanted the hooks removed. His onsite team were fabulous. They treated my home as their own – taking care to look after it, work around our needs and movements, and tidy up and lock up as well. They kept us informed of their timings and never missed an appointment. Robert was always available to chat through what was going on and open to help us with anything. Thank-you!!
